A good sized cloakroom/utility room with ample storage for cases and golf bags, washing machine/tumble dryer/WC/hand basin. Off the hallway leads to a very comfortable open plan area, consisting of lounge/diner and a full equiped kitchen with large fridge/freezer/dish washer/microwave/toaster ect: ect: The light and airy lounge has two comfortable leather settee’s that can seat up to 4 people with ease A 55” flat screen smart TV with SKY including SKY sports. Free fast speed fibre internet is also included in your stay. The dining area comprises of a large dining table, seating for 4 people. On the sideboard is a guest book where we would welcome any of your comments to enable us to make further improvements for future stays.
Garden area.
We have a small cosy garden, decked out with artificial grass so it will always look nice for you. A small shed houses the rotary washing line and can also be used to store bikes etc.
The patio area has a very comfortable wicker seating set with coffee table, a perfect place to sit and relax in the afternoon/evening sun with a glass of wine, cold beer and good conversation.
